I had a wonderful afternoon at this restaurant. It's very family-friendly and incredibly affordable, with special children's menu options available as well. The staff were extremely helpful, and the balance of hearty and sweet dishes was perfect. Additionally, the soft play area has reopened, allowing us to let the kids have some fun while we enjoyed our meal.

A lady went into the store to find some wellies, and a beautiful woman on the way informed me about their loyalty card, which saved me some money! Kudos to the friendly and professional staff – they really made a great impression. The atmosphere was lovely as well!"

The Breakfast with Santa was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, every staff member was incredibly nice and welcoming. The breakfast itself was delightful, and the gifts for the children were truly impressive. Santa Claus was simply extraordinary—truly the best Santa we have ever encountered. He was warm and friendly to every child, but the highlight for us was how he connected with our daughter, who has complex special needs. She absolutely adored him, and he made the entire experience unforgettable for our family. We cannot recommend Dobbies and the Breakfast with Santa experience enough, especially for anyone looking for a wonderful place to bring children with special needs. We will definitely be returning!
