Honey Dew Donuts - Shrewsbury

My coffee is always made right and the raspberry sticks are great. The staff is friendly

The woman who works here is incredibly nice and honestly the main reason I'm giving 4 stars. The food is standard and the coffee is just ok.

Honey dew staff is terrible. Chit chatting with each other non stop. Couldn?t remember my order. I was only customer there. There were 3 employees. I don?t know why they couldn?t get my coffee. I paid for it. Waited waited waited. They politely said it?s coming. I waited. Then finally drove off without even asking for my money back. Didn?t want be late for work. Seriously I was there 15 min. With no other customer there. All set

I used to love this place. But, slowly I began to feel like I wasn't welcome here. Today, Sunday morning, I sat in line for 10 minutes behind a single car, while the window clerk chatted it up with her friend, first through the ordering speaker and then through the window. Then, she was supercilious with me. When I finally got my food, it looked like it had been cooked hours ago. I thought I'd give this place one more chance. Today was it. Weekend morning clerk sealed it for me. Will not return.

Employees were too busy laughing and talking to each other when taking order. We had ordered two bagels toasted with cream cheese , a coffee and a water. When we got to window they didn't remember the bagels. We then waited and they gave us microwaved bagels that were soft and squishy . At least they got the water right.
