Trejo's Mexican - Shreveport

The server was great. The food was awesome. Hot food. Fast service. Friendly server (Amanda). We had the fajitas. Lots of meat, plenty in soft tortilla shells. We will come back.

I phoned the restaurant 4x. No one would pick up. I phoned so I wouldn't have to wait for the dinner I was picking up for my fiance who is home recovering after surgery. The young man who took my order was very nice. I told him I had tried to call and place an order 4x but couldn't because no one would answer. He told me the phone had been down for the last 2 hours. I'm a regular here. 3 Taco plate was delicious! The chips and salsa are the best in Shreveport lately. Fresh and hot, tastes like they've ground the corn themselves. Delicious.

I loved the old Trejos by Barksdale. This location lacks charm period. Our waitress was incredibly rude and unattentive. I won't return to this location.
