Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant was so loud, my man and I couldn't talk without raising our voices. that brought the first was not what I ordered and was sent back. I asked if it were in order to replace kartoffels and brokkoli for the reispilaf and damped spinat. I was told, but was charged $4.00 for the kartoffels and $3.00 for the brokkoli along with the regular price of the entree. our salate was delivered halfway through the meal. the manager took the charge for the salate we did not eat and the $7 for the substitutions to mine. our server was very nice, but admitted that it had been hired only 2 days before and after my opinion had not enough training to treat tables and articles alone. she was 18. I wouldn't have complained if you hadn't asked because we didn't want to go back. Thank you. jam
About everything it was a good food and good service. it was just not clear that it would cost $70.00 for 4 people and we just ordered cheeseburgers. So it was kind of expensive. but I would definitely visit again.
Her reservation system was down and we waited for 30 minutes before we went to the restaurant next door, where we sit right away.
We had a great time to celebrate my daughter 10th birthday! from all places in Shreveport-Bossier chose it tgifreitage! we had a wonderful waitress that didn't make it to fill our drinks and make sure we were in order!
My husband and I found the restaurant to be incredibly loud, making it difficult for us to have a conversation without yelling. The first dish that was brought to me was not what I had ordered, so I had to send it back. When I asked if I could substitute potatoes and broccoli for rice pilaf and steamed spinach, I was told it was possible but would cost an extra $4.00 for the potatoes and $3.00 for the broccoli on top of the regular price of the duck. Our salads were served halfway through our meal. The manager kindly waived the charge for the salads we didn't eat and also took off the $7 charge for the substitutions on my duck. Our server, who was very nice, mentioned that she had only been hired 2 days prior and seemed to lack proper training to handle tables and orders alone. She was only 18 years old. Overall, we wouldn't have complained if we weren't asked, as we didn't plan on returning. Thank you, Jane G.
