Mcdonald's - Shreveport

The dining room was closed for Covid-19. Really... they are just too lazy to open and take care of the place. Taco Bell and subway next door are both open to the store. Let's get back to work and put these excuses behind us!!!

If I could I'd give NO STARS. A McDonald's next to a busy interstate highway and they have the lobby closed due to the pandemic at their own choosing. I'm on a cross country trip in a large oversized vehicle that will not fit through the drive through. You can keep your dinning room closed but still allow walk ins to order to go. I also saw people walking around the drive through. VERY UNSAFE. YOU LOST A LOT OF SALES

Waited 30 minutes for a McNugget happy meal. I could have raised the chickens faster than I got my meal. Avoid this location!

This is my burger!!! They didnt get half my order because instead of listening to me she kept talking!!! I've been to some bad McDonalds but this one is by far the worst!!! Looked at my meat on my burger it wasnt even done!!!!

In reference to the Pines Rd location that is owned by Griggs Ent. My pregnant daughter bought some items and after taking two bites of her hot and spicy, there was something hard cooked into the center of the patty that she bit into. She vomited all over herself her car ultimately causing her to urinate on herself and fabric seats. Her boyfriend took the sandwich inside to show the manager, where it was snatched from his hands by the person at the counter. He requested a manager come outside to talk to my daughter and was refused. I had to call corporate to get some immediate attention to the situation. Ultimately, Jean (a home office rep)took care of everything and got my daughter provided with an accident report.(Thank You) We still did not receive sandwich back, a refund, not or a replacement receipt in place of the vomit covered one in the sack. Looking forward to hear back by Thursday.
