I eat at this restaurant quite often when I'm in the area. The food is really good and they don't skimp on the portions. The prices are very reasonable and the service is very fast. I've eaten at the location in both Shreveport and Bossier City.Food: 5/5

Great place to dine anytime! I use to visit the restaurant in Bossier all the time but this one is just as great. Food was fresh and hot. Everything tasted great. Fish wasn't fried too hard seasoned well. The crawfish are usually a good size. They have some great pho ramen. Service was patient friendly as it wasn't too busy during the afternoon. I would definitely eat here again if I was in the area.

Sadly, we won 't be back. My boyfriend and I love Pho and when I noticed a sign outside of Kim 's Seafood, we decided to give it a try. The Pho itself (I had the brisket) was ok, not memorable in any way. The server brought our toppings in a plastic basket with holes and no liner so our food was touching the table which was sticky, by the way. The hoisin and Sriracha were served together in a plastic condiment cup and when we asked for only Sriracha we were told that that was the only way it was served. She told us this while dismissively walking away without so much as a glance in our direction. I have a hard time believing there wasn 't a bottle of Sriracha in the back that she could 've used to meet or request as neither of us like hoisin.When we were ready to leave, I asked for a to go bowl. As she was giving me the bowl, she reminded me to leave the spoons as if I were planning to steal their utensils and to add insult to injury, we noticed a dirty plate on the banister near the door. The food was dried and moldy. If a dirty plate at the entrance can sit for days, I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. Needless to say, we will never return.I 'm writing this to warn you as well. There is much better Pho just a few blocks away at Pham 's, Danh 's, or Pho L 'Amour.
