Jason's Deli - Shreveport

A polo Mexicano pasta and salad ordered. a meat and cheese potato. Everything else was okay.

Excellent food....! I wish there were 10 stars! Ann took our order and she is the FRIENDLIEST person on the planet! Great job girl!!!! She was outraged and jovial for all that came into her register.?

Let me say that Jason? Deli has always been one of my favorite restaurants/cafés in Shreveport. Staff are generally nice and the food is amazing. Management also seems great. However, I ordered the takeover several times and discovered wrong objects after leaving the place. When the employees go back, usually are apologetic and diligent about the correction of the order, but there seems to be a tendency to go orders wrong, provided the entrance for the order is stacked on the bag. This last time I visited, I came home with my order and it was a completely different meal than what I ordered. I drove back and the amazing and beautiful Elizabeth, which seems to be these places, the best and customer-friendly employees, apologised for the mistake and worked hard to correct the order, while also the only employee in the register with orders and calls. In the meantime, another employee stood close, a cooler with objects that did not seem to be high priority. Elizabeth had to tell the cooking staff several times to restore the order and even had to get an article themselves because they didn't want to listen to them. Of course I had my order after an hour and half of the meal. I will continue to visit Jason?s Deli, because the food is great and there are some very hard working employees. Bottom line is management must have a discussion with some employees and love Elizabeth needs an increase and promotion. Thank you for taking the time to read this review. I was very contradictory.

Let's start Kurbside Park here is never available. Elizabeth is the only employee who welcomes you and shows that she is concerned. I ordered a bowl of noodle soup and a drink I would imagine that this is not a simple order at all. The only thing that was good was the sweet tea. This may be the fifth time I came here and the service is a shame, and I wouldn't feed my dog this noodle soup. After ten minutes I'm sure the soup was fresh, not so noodles and carrots hard, and the broth looked like cement. Elizabeth asked if there was a togo for Sha, as it turned out that my soup just sat there. I continue the young lady with the short haircut to put my order on the togo shelf when my ticket clearly says to go and I wait. No one here seems to want to be in work except Elizabeth, I know she must be a fraudulent task to work with such losers. Next they were made of medium-sized cup lids that I asked for a lid because there was clear? I asked someone who never came back, but Elizabeth told me they were out. Would I? ve took it back, but for what to another bowl of lumpy cement soup. In any case, Eliza needs an increase and employment, where it is recognised for its efforts that everyone else needs to be released. Fyi broth should be clear, not look dirty.

Fast lines during busy hours. Great selection at the salad bar. Food is excellent here!! Free soft serve for the kids and young at heart. :
