Indigo Indian Bistro - Shreveport

The food would be alright if you had no teeth and was in the mood for puree food. Ordered from the vegetarian menu and expected the beans and eggplant to come in a solid form. Instead it came pureed. I would NEVER expect to have to DRINK my vegetarian fare. Outrageously disappointing!

I ordered 3 different items and mentioned everything extra spicy, All items came up sweet and not at all spicy and food is cold. I dont recommend to try any rice items here, curry is okay if you like butterchicken kind of flavor, and by any chance if you are looking for south indian flavour this not a place for you amigo.

The Chicken Kurma is magnificent! Great restaurant. The owner (I'm assuming) is also awesome!

Authentic indian food. Curd rice is a must try here. Recommended
