Ghost Ramen - Shreveport

I could go on and on about them, from the food to the quality of people they are. All around awesome, I could not recommend them enough! If you haven’t yet, go check em out!

Definitely don't waste your time. I ordered my food and it's been over an hour. In the meantime people are getting their food and I placed before them. Only explanation is they can put it in a to go container... customer service was rude , unprofessional and unapologetic... definitely won't be back after giving them business previously... Don't waste your money your time or your efforts

I came with a high expectation since many people seem to like it a lot. However, I was disappointed because 1) They don't have high chairs for kids. 2) Our Ramen(Tokyo Soyuo) was extremely salty. I had to add two glasses of water to dilute the broth, or I could barely eat it. The service at the front desk was good and the chefs were pretty nice. It might be just our luck that the day we went they accidentally dumped the whole bottle of salt when cooking broth.

Delicious food, friendly staff, great atmosphere! Definitely recommend and would go again!

It's so rare to go to a place and the food look like the advertisement, but Ghost Ramen is the real deal. We've eaten there a couple of times now and it is always delicious. It's got a great atmosphere and the staff is friendly. It's become our go to date spot.
