Ernies Fish Chicken - Shotts

I went to a restaurant last night to buy a large portion of chips from the store. I paid $2.70 and was extremely disappointed by the small size of the bag. It felt like a child-sized portion. The name of the store should really be changed to Dick Turpins because the prices feel like highway robbery. I recommend going to the Indian takeaway three doors down if you want a truly large portion of chips. I will not be returning to this restaurant. If you are looking for value for your money, I suggest avoiding Dick Turpins altogether.

According to the website, the restaurant is open from Thursday to Monday. However, when I arrived at 4:15 on a Wednesday, the restaurant was still closed. Additionally, I learned that it is also closed on Tuesdays. Despite the inconsistent opening hours, I must say that the food is exceptional.

Currently closed at this location, but the one at the Stane is still open.
