Carnonara is amazing and the calf Chiff special amazing as well as staff is superior

I made reservations at Cara Mia in Millburn NJ. I expressly told the person who answered the phone, I want a table in front of the restaurant and not over the street in a crowded tent. You said no problem. When I got there, the 5 tables were full. You said I should go over the street in a big tent. When I told them I don't like the tent. They tried to borrow an umbrella from the restaurant in the next store and could not get one, they said we are regrettable, first come serve first that was not mentioned on the phone. I had to find a restaurant last minute. This is a terrible way to treat customers. It sounds to me that they are very desperate and tell you everything and hope that I would go over the street In a crowded tent I will never go back even if this virus is over because they are not an honest restaurant.
