Omg Pho - Shorewood

Food very good, service very good management needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers simple request. Have been to this location many times and each time we ask if our Pho can be separated and put into 2 bowls .Request always was done. Last time there, was told they can’t do it anymore? What? Just asking to put 1 order into 2 bowls, not asking for anything more. Was told manager refused to do it? It’s so much easier for the kitchen to do it then we trying to do it at the table. It becomes a real mess. Don’t know what the big deal is, but they stand firmly on there decision, so we will find another place. Other Pho establishments extend this simple request but not here? Wow!

The atmosphere is very nice and it feels like a comfortable place to sit and talk. The Pho was amazing and the people who helped us were very personal and saw to us right away. Will come back, 10/10!

When I first came here it was good but it seems they have changed its food distributor and everything does not taste good anymore. I used to love the sweet and sour chicken Pho. I went back there and it wasn't the same and the chicken tasted over processed. I know COVID has made things harder for everyone and has raised food prices astronomically but it's just tastes do different.

We had the OMG 3 Chili chicken, lemongrass bun, crispy lemon chicken and beef pho with spring rolls and iced coffees. The food was amazing, service was fast and friendly. Just a very well run operation; cute place everything tastes fresh arrives quickly. Very authentic pho in a nice atmosphere out in the burbs. A+

Honestly, I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best Vietnamese food I've had in many years. KO Tank Noodle is a must-visit! Be sure to try the sliced beef maw—it’s absolutely delicious and might just inspire some romantic moments later!
