Matty's West Family - Shorewood

This restaurant is truly the best! We've been coming here for breakfast every weekend for quite some time, and my son has formed a strong bond with the wonderful staff. The owners and servers are incredibly friendly and delightful! The food is consistently fantastic as well. I highly recommend this place!

We used to visit this restaurant years ago, but the service was poor and the food didn't impress me at all. We stopped going for a long time, but recently we learned that new owners had taken over and that things had significantly improved. I couldn't agree more! Since returning less than two months ago, my husband and I have come here at least once a week. Each time, the service has been excellent, and the portion sizes are generous. The "4 for 4" deal is also a fantastic value. The gentleman at the register is always very kind, and when I mentioned my previous experience, he even gave me a voucher for my next visit. Yesterday, my first time at Matty's food. The food was great, the service was even better. Our waitress was very attentive to our table as there were several other waiters. They never had to ask for a refill on drinks, as they routinely checked for us. I would highly recommend Matty's

I had two over easy with ham, hash browns and pancakes. There were two big slices of ham and they were scrumptious. There was next to no grease on the plate and that is perfect. Great place. I have to commend Lorie on her excellent service. .a job well done.
