Bidrage med feedbackWhen they're busy, it seems like they might overlook customer concerns. I have an onion allergy and made sure to inform them, yet like many restaurants, they don’t always seem to listen carefully. On my earlier visits, the woman at the register took my order correctly, but during my last visit, the guy mistakenly prepared my order completely wrong. It ended up taking longer than the 20 minutes they quoted, which makes me think they might have given my order (without onions) to someone else and hurriedly put something together for me last minute. That said, when they do take care of you, the experience can be fantastic. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the customer service is commendable—possibly the best I've encountered in an Asian restaurant. UPDATE: This restaurant has just moved across the street.
I visited this restaurant while waiting for a lane at the bowling alley next door. I'm not very familiar with Chinese cuisine, but I thought the Mongolian beef was quite good. The service was also commendable. The food took a bit longer to arrive than I usually anticipate, but it was delicious and served in a generous portion. Overall, it was an interesting place with a positive experience.
This is the best Chinese food I’ve had! I initially had a bit of trouble while switching buildings and my online order got lost, so I ended up waiting for about half an hour. However, the manager was very apologetic. Not only did he give us the food for free, but he also offered me a beer while I waited. I decided to give them another shot a week later, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend the Mongolian beef!
