Mcdonald's - Shirlington

One star review. Service was terrible and very slow. order was wrong in a couple different ways. Play area for my grandson was filthy. Men’s bathroom was not in good shape and the urinals would not flush. Avoid this McDonald’s if you can.

Fast, friendly service. Had an issue with ordering on the app and they were able to rectify the problem immediately. Could use staff to clean tables faster but generally it is not bad.

Can’t really blame anyone but a person with mental health issues was wandering around and talking loudly to himself. It was a bit scary. Staff didn’t do anything.

The hamburger I ate 3 days ago poisoned me. The meat is already stale. I've been feeling nauseous for days and I can't eat anything.

This store has gone seriously downhill. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION FOR DELIVERY SERVICES. They have incorrectly made my order the last 3x, and can you believe I'm only asking for a McDouble without ketchup? How many ways can they totally screw up? 1) only/extra ketchup 2) no cheese, with ketchup, no onions 3) plain (that means no cheese). DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION.
