Kabobistan - Shirlington

The food is delicious. Outstanding customer service. It's a little pricey, but they give a lot of food and it taste so good. Today, my daughter called one minute after they closed and they answer and still took her order. I never experienced any racism from them. My youngest daughter is a darker completion and they are always super nice to her and gives her extra sometimes.

It was a heavenly experience. From the food to the service. The owner jawad made sure I was well taken care of. Low prices compared to their competitors and let’s not forget they have the best kabobs in the entire east coast!

Local resided andI purchased the kabob sandwich and it was horrible! ? Tasted stale and dry. I also noticed if you are not middle eastern, they are not friendly (I’m African American). I walked in (the only one inside should have given me a clue) and no “hello”,”welcome”, etc. I walked up to the counter and he just stared at me. A few others walked in after me of middle eastern decent and they were welcomed and accommodated. I will not be returning.

OMG what a horrible experience, I will never ever recommend this place for anyone in my life. I went there with my friends for dinner and we were treated like S. Their customer service is really bad and their food OMG bad I mean like made me sick all night. We waited for hours for our food. This owner should be ashamed of this business. also I don’t know why health department don’t tell them anything about their cleaning. No one on behind the counter were wearing gloves. They didn’t even care. This guy who makes ice cream has bad attitude. This is really bad place I will never and ever go there again.

The food was good but wait time was unbelievably long and I think it was due to our big order, after an hour waiting, our order was served in 3 phases (ideally, it should have been served all together) kabob first, (which we ate while waiting for the rice to be served), rice came second and Naan came at last which we returned bcz there was no food left. Overall dining experience wasn't good.Not sure if we would visit again but if we did, will ensure that we order upfront.
