Extremely rude when picking up my food. I was yelled at by the woman who runs the front. Very rude and I will NOT return. The restaurant is not clean at all.

Terrible. I order sweet sour chicken and they didn’t put my sweet sour sauce in the bag.

Great Food and Great Service. I have ordered from them when I worked in Arlington and I have in Falls Church, I accidentally placed my order for pickup in FC and I called them and they were so nice as to bring it to me as I could not leave my work. I really appreciate the care and attention they gave upon me and will definitely order again.

I’m surprised at all the negative reviews so I thought I’d leave my own! We got delivery from here for the first time recently (via DoorDash) and the food was hot, well packaged, and delicious. It’s standard American Chinese, nothing revolutionary, but I’d certainly order from here again.The kung pao chicken was well cooked, with crunchy chicken and tender vegetables instead of the homogenous mess you get sometimes. Had a nice kick to it too. The wonton soup broth was great and the fried pork dumplings tasted good, although the dough was a little chewy.

While the staff exhibited friendliness, the overall hygiene of the place was undeniably disappointing, to the point that it became a deterrent to the dining experience.The cleanliness issue extended beyond what one might consider acceptable, creating an environment that was, frankly, off-putting. The conditions were such that they triggered a visceral reaction, making it difficult to enjoy the food. The lack of attention to cleanliness not only detracted from the ambiance but also raised serious concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the restaurant.One of the most disheartening aspects was the state of the restroom facilities, which I can only describe as the worst I have encountered. The condition was, frankly, unsanitary and made the prospect of using the facilities an unpleasant experience. Clean restrooms are a fundamental expectation for any dining establishment, and the conditions here were far from acceptable.Despite these cleanliness challenges, I must acknowledge the friendly demeanor of the staff. Their approachability and willingness to assist did provide a positive counterbalance to the otherwise disappointing aspects of my visit.In conclusion, while Pupuseria Dona Azucena may have a friendly staff, the severe cleanliness issues, especially in the restroom facilities, overshadowed the positive aspects of the dining experience.
