The Arlington - Ship Bottom

Server was good but I was terribly disappointed with the kitchen. My wife is gluten free and it’s not by choice she is celiac. We stressed to the waitress several times and of course they brought out the mussels with the bread. We sent it back and literally 2 minutes later they came back with another muscles and this time no bread saying that the previous one wasn’t actually for us. Spoke to the owner today and he seemed extremely sincere and apologetic but it doesn’t help the fact my wife is ill and immobile all day. She was up in pain since 2am. Disappointing, because we stressed it so many times. It’s not a preference, she will get very sick

Didn’t really know our servers name, until seeing it on our customer receipt…He didn’t want to be bothered. Appetizers came out and didn’t receive any serving utensils.the lettuce wraps are a JOKE, Zero flavor , zero sauce didn’t even come out with peanuts as stated on the menu. Are the chefs sleeping ??? This place used to be so good, what happened ????? Swordfish was over cooked and tasteless… pork was good but sides were inedible, cheesesteak wasn’t worth the price and the broccoli rabe panini had zero flavor….. 15 dollar cocktails served in plastic cups, and apps were just not worth it. We weren’t even handed a to go tin, it was placed on a chair where one of us got up because we were impatiently waiting to pay the check and leave, thanks. It was horrible service and we will never come here again. What a shame. atmosphere was ok, but no music. Skip this place… there’s better around town. Zero stars in our opinion. Been going here for years. Great ambiance service. Fantastic cocktails and beer selection.

Best meal I’ve had on the island. The wings and the pork chop are delicious and both are must haves. The Paloma on draft is also excellent. Highly recommend

Drinks are good. Food is not. Service was pretty good. Looks like a cool place for happy hour, but I suggest you go elsewhere for dinner.
