Bidrage med feedbackWe enjoyed our lunch here. Everyone was smiley when they talk to you and even the chef speaks fluent English. The foods were great. All the ingredients were super fresh... the abalone was moving when it was taken in. The only flaw would be that the abalone was flavorless after it's cooked. I won't order this again but I may come back to this restaurant.
Yamanami is a superb teppanyaki restaurant. The food foie gras, scallops, Kobe beef and grilled vegetables were super fresh and absolutely delicious possibly the best sautéed foie gras I've ever had excellent sake too. Loved the theatre of the restaurant and our chef was wonderful charming, attentive and highly skilled. Staff were lovely and friendly and spoke good English. Not cheap but thought we got value for money. Highly recommended.
Very average food to exorbitant preisen. I ordered a cure that includes both cobe and Hide-Rind. I just got the cobe. when I was able to speak with a waiter, the cook had already cleaned the grill and we were given dessert. He said they would cook it for me, but I said it was too late at this point. I didn't want to eat a piece of meat after dessert. after dinner I was told to pay outside the restaurant in the flur. I couldn't believe they accused me for the curs without reduction for the missing hide. the curs was 1400 yen extra. They almost didn't speak English, which made it impossible to argue. bill was 75100 yen for two people.
Located on the 7th floor of the Keio Plaza Hotel Tower, the food was stellar. Having my meal at 8pm on a Wednesday was a treat as it was my last meal in Tokyo. Very delicious Kobe Beef
Fantastic eating, including boiled beef to perfection in set menu of ¥18,000 per person who had my wife and I both. excellent service, but as expected this is not a cheap food, cost around £250 for 2 people, and we had no wine between us. great restaurant for a special occasion.
