ふくの Hé Jiǔ Táng Hù Diàn

Today, I visited “Tokufu Sashimi and Sake Fin” in Karato City in Shiotsuki City. I was surprised when I saw it, so I ordered a set of 1500 yen of sashimi and fin sake with a ticket機 machine. Since the fluffy meat and skin itself are not very tasteful, even if you eat with ponto sauce, it is soaked in hot fin sake, and it is not eaten at all. Thank you for your understanding.

This was my first time try to eat the fugu, puffer fish’s dish, so I found out this restaurant where the price is not so expensive. I think their puffer fish is nothing special, but I like their sauce, based on vinegar and shoyu with a little bit spicy, very match with rice and fugu.

In addition to the bustling market of Kararo, this place has a big ball court. There is a lake view next to the restaurant. It makes it even better. I recommend ordering this complete set.

下関唐戸市場の近くにある、比較的安価で河豚が食べられる店。 河豚の本場だけに、ふぐ料理店はこの近くには多いが、ここはご飯が河豚の炊き込みご飯なので、迷わず訪問した。 店内はカウンターが8席くらいとテーブル席が2つ、店外にもテーブル席がある。 早速食券を購入し、注文したのはとらふく刺身定食。 内容はふく飯、ふく汁、ふくの唐揚げ、ふくのフライ、てっさ。 これで2200円。 てっさは旨かったが、その他のものは出来たて感があまりなく、作り置きっぱい。 それでもコスパは良いので、満足できた。ご馳走さま。
