Gū Niáng - Shimogo

The spicy miso ramen and fried chicken set for 1030 yen is delicious after all. It might be considered a bit pricey, but the taste makes it worth it. I entered the restaurant near closing time at 13:40, and all the seats were full. The spicy miso ramen had noodles that didn't quite match the flavor, but they were fragrant and decent overall.

The interior of the restaurant is beautiful. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. I ordered the Kuunyan set meal, which included 2 pieces of fried chicken, rice, pickles, and ramen. The price for this meal is very reasonable. The ramen had a flavorful broth and the pork slices were tender. I think this is the most delicious ramen in the area. The fried chicken had a subtle seasoning and was very well done. Unfortunately, the restaurant is always full due to its popularity, but I would recommend it if you have the time to wait.

I had the char siu noodles, spicy miso ramen, and gyoza. It was delicious. The noodles and soup were piping hot. The char siu noodles had a slightly salty soup.
