Hills Edge - Shimla

The restaurant at the Marina hotel serves excellent food and if you are a resident of the hotel, you must definitely have a meal here.<br/ <br/ We didn't order a lot but from what we did, I could say that the food would be brilliant here.<br/ <br/ -Chur Chur Naan: outstanding. It is so crispy and flavorful, you are gonna over stuff yourself on this<br/ <br/ -Soya Malai Chaap : good taste and well prepared. If it was served a little hotter ,it would have been better<br/ <br/ -Dal Fry : there was a little too much of ginger but otherwise the daal was nice too.<br/ <br/ The service was excellent and the prices were nominal too.

Had dinner here with Family. From Caesar Salad to Dal Makhani to Bharwan Alu, everything was fabulous and loved it. Staff was courteous. Lovely experience. Thank you.
