Chung Fa - Shimla

Best Chinese food I ever had. The softest chicken and the perfect fried rice. The sauces are delicious too. Very wide variety of dishes each one being unique.

The food is authentic Indo Chinese. The owner doughs the noodles by his own hands, and thus the noodles taste better. The menu is affordable and each item is special. The fried rice have a smokey soya sauce flavour to it and the chicken and pork are well cooked.The owner himself cooks the food making it more special. He is very friendly and if you are lucky enough to eat in his restaurant, do start a conversation with him as he has a lot to share.I would definitely recommend every person I know to eat here.

One of the best places to have Chinese food in Shimla. The owner is very kind, friendly and hospitable and the food is amazing. You can still feel that he makes his food with love, that's why it tastes so good. He puts a part of his soul in his cooking and I have absolutely fallen in love with this place.
