Kfc - Shillong

His a very good quiet place with a music...Kfc's french fries and grilled juicy chickens are too tasty...staff from this outlet are soo friendly..well Maniert...hilflich...interior is the best... I have beautiful experiences here.... good people... good food... good memories...5 stars

This is KFC's main restaurant outlet in Shillong City. It is located in Police Bazar, the most popular shopping-hingout destination in the city, within the Marba Hub Mall. I visited this restaurant in the month of November 2021. My overall experience was very satisfied, especially their customer service. I ordered two chicken burgers who were too much spicy, but the quality was incomparable. The burgers were served freshly. Now coming to the ambience of this restaurant, this outlet is like any other typical KFC restaurant. This restaurant offers a large number of people because many seats. Recommended.

Food is good here, but the dining area is too congested at present.

Pretty good experience. Just the same KFC style everywhere, but has this cool viewpoint where you can sit behind a glass wall and see people going by near the busy junction. The employees are cordial and the place is tidy, only if they keep in mind to clean the tables soon after someone leaves. Chicken is good.

The minimum order is comparable to an alternate of 3 whole fresh chickens which you can buy from the market and cooked for around 15 to 20 people at home. Why I'm saying this, because the quality is not up to the mark and plus the burger looks and taste nothing like in the poster. Total waste of money. No wonder people leaves the place with an unhappy look. Just my personal perspective.
