The restaurant is excellent because it follows Orthodox Italian tradition. We appreciate being able to bring our own wine.

When I went to the restaurant for dinner, it reminded me of the time I had recently moved to Tokyo and visited Ebisu. Instead, I ended up at M A where I was able to enjoy a nice lunch with my family. Despite the busy crowd, we were seated at a great table in the restaurant. The chef himself, Kobe Shaf, came to our table from time to time to discuss the seasonal ingredients and everyone enjoyed the delicious and flavorful fresh pasta, which is a signature dish of the restaurant. This restaurant is one of the few, if not the only, iron cook restaurants where the chef actually prepares your dinner in the back, as opposed to just having the name. The Tagliatelle with duck ragu and mushroom cream sauce was absolutely fantastic! It's no wonder he's known as the pasta king. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you receive.

Wow! Food and service were amazing! Chef Kobe greeted us during the meal, and thanked us when we left. It was a dream come true having watched him on Iron Chef.

One of the few if not only iron chef restaurant where the iron chef is actually in the back preparing your dinner and not just using his name. His Tagliatelle duck rague and mushroom cream sauce was absolutely amazing! It is the reason why he is the pasta king. The prices are fairly reasonable considering what you get.
