Hey Cupcake! - Sherwood Park

Beautifully decorated cupcakes with good flavor combos. Chocolate cake with chocolate icing is a bit rich, but still enjoyable.

Stopped in here to grab cupcakes for a girls night. I had heard that it was family owned and operated and I like supporting local small business.While the cupcakes were fun I am only giving it three stars due to the service being lackluster. No one there when I walked in for a few minutes. When she did come to the front she seemed kind of indifferent to me being there. Maybe she was having a bad day but it just wasn't a great first impression.I told her i had never been there before and that i wanted cupcakes for a girls night. She grabbed the variety pack of mini cupcakes (which I did buy). She said it was on sale for $13.50 which was good because when i looked at the website to try and figure out the flavours we had i noticed they're regular $18.00.Unfortunately there wasn't much service beyond the grabbing of the mini cupcake package. While I could see that there were full sized cupcakes she didn't let me know about other purchasing options so I just bought the mini cupcakes. Honestly the cupcakes are very good but if I wanted to go somewhere to grab a package off a shelf I'd go to the grocery store. The cupcakes had a lot of different flavours and cupcakes themselves were good (wish the variety pack came with a flavour guide though). Will try one more time! Hoping for better service next time as this would make the place stand out... Seems like there's lots of potential to be a great place!This place is easy to find and there is lots of parking.

Went in on Valentine's Day to pick up some cupcakes. I ordered 6, 2 cookies n cream, 1 mars, 1 mint chocolate, salted caramel and a gluten free chocolate. They were all amazing! They were even still warm in the center. One girl behind the counter also threw in 2 chocolate dipped strawberries for free. Will definitely go back!

Not anywhere close to the previous owners. Costumer relations need work and the cupcakes are blah and for the price they are asking you might as well go to a fancy cake shop

My first visit to Hey Cupcake was last September - I was looking for cupcakes for a family birthday. I was so happy to discover the wonderful variety of cupcakes available - I was able to get everyone's 'favorite' type. Everyone declared the cupcakes 'delicious'.I've been back to pick up specialty cupcakes for specific events and every one has been amazing.
