Great little lunch spot for some quick eats. The daily specials are priced right and made fast for the on-the-go downtown crowd. Would visit again

A delightful lunch time option. This restaurant is consistently busy for a reason - every dish is a hit. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, as everything is simply delicious. The pasta salad in particular stands out as the best in Regina.

Tried Gilmour's for lunch today and it was delicious! I was surprised how quickly the place filled up so if you're going over the lunch hour be prepared to wait. I would recommend giving this place a try for soup or a sandwich!

This restaurant is one of the best in the city. I have visited it numerous times and have never been let down. The food is consistently amazing, fresh, and expertly prepared. You get a generous portion for a reasonable price. I will definitely return here multiple times.

Fantastic. Wide selection of sandwich options, homemade soups and the pickles are to die for. I think I go more for the pickles than the actual sandwiches! Busy place during the lunch hour, but always worth it!
