Eating is about 50% like some others. but they give good portions so 2 stars

Incredible that the only sauce they have for all their nude and rice dishes is Teriyaki sauce. only one sauce! all the rice and pasta dishes are sweet. I don't want to eat sugar or dinner. I'm so sick of teriyaki.

I have been regular edo for years, in the last months especially this place is the amount of sweet mix miserable. that is the amount of brocolli I get back today on my bark yakisoba order. 11 dollar for a bowl of noodles I would expect more than a shredder of brocolli. (I always order extra mushrooms that have an additional fee and it is not different from what is added in the rule sad.

Was thoroughly disappointed with the food. Usually you have to ask for extra sauce as there is enough food and it can be dry. Well not tonight. I had soup instead of Teriyaki Noodle with shrimp and beef. There was so little food in the bowl, that the sauce drowned it. So soup. Not tasty neither, the beef was so over cooked, it was crispy. Gyozas was cold. I will not return to this location. I give 2 stars because they are very friendly. But their food is not like other Edo's

The Edo Japan in Emerald Hills is fantastic. If they hadn't been so busy last time I visited, I would have called to let them know. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional yet warm. I have been there several times and the experience has been consistently excellent. The food is always delicious, especially the sweet teriyaki sauce on the perfectly cooked broccoli. The portion sizes are generous and the takeout containers are packed full. The restaurant is always bustling with customers, which speaks to its popularity. The place is always impeccably clean. The servers at the front counter work seamlessly with the kitchen staff in a cheerful and friendly manner, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Edo Emerald Hills in Sherwood Park!
