Common Ground - Sherwood Park

I simply love this cafe! It is a non-profit, volunteer based cafe that welcomes everyone!!! Their coffee is always fresh, their baked items are so tasty and nut peanut free, and their vegan coffee cake made by one of their volunteers is to die for (I’m not vegan and you couldn’t tell the difference)! The volunteers are so kind and do one amazing job! #supportlocal

This restaurant has an excellent location and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The coffee and food are both delicious, and there are even board games available to play. It’s a fantastic spot to meet up with friends or to get some studying done.

I appreciate it when cafes froth milk just like they do in Europe and Australia. This restaurant serves fantastic coffee!

I really appreciate the concept of this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and made sure to assist every customer who came to the counter after us. The donation options for the drink of the day are a clever way to raise awareness for community programs in need. I particularly enjoyed the lavender matcha latte! I definitely recommend it. If you enjoy people-watching, I also suggest this place because it's always busy. However, it may not be the best spot for studying.

The bread pudding, the biscuits the cinnamon buns are all made on site. The food and coffee are terrific and the art work adds to the ambience. Just a lovely location for lunch or light supper.
