I had an amazing experience! The atmosphere, crowd, and staff were all fantastic. Also, got some free drinks! We love supporting our community and highly recommend giving this place a try, you won't regret it!

I am a night owl, and this dive bar is my favorite of all. I absolutely adore everything about this spot at the intersection of Coit Spring Creek in Plano, but Lanterns is my favorite. They are always open until 2 o'clock, even if it's packed. This kind of persistence warms my heart! I've come in when there was only one guy left sipping a beer, but the bartender (always just one) greets him with a friendly smile and never rushes to close up early. Even when it's busier, there's that same welcoming vibe from a diverse, charming group of people you wouldn't expect to see gathered in one place. But they all share a common love for karaoke, and at Lanterns, they can belt out tunes five nights a week, from Wednesday to Sunday. Belch is the best karaoke host I've encountered. He's got the right setup for the space, and he's just as charming and funny as the regulars. They all know each other by name - and by their karaoke alter egos. No one takes themselves too seriously, as it's all about having fun and trying out new songs. I see them enjoying each other's company, and it's hard not to get swept up in their enthusiasm to cheer on the performers and maybe even join in the dancing or singing - even if we're not the best. So, whether you're a karaoke newbie or just new to this scene (apart from your car), if you're looking for a place to give it a shot, Lanterns is the perfect spot to take the microphone for the first time. Soon enough, those new faces will become familiar, and you'll have no problem coming back for more.

What a charming hidden gem of a restaurant! I have been coming here for three years now. The bar staff is fantastic and the karaoke with Belch is always a blast. I appreciate that they offer karaoke five nights a week, giving patrons the flexibility to choose when they want to show off their singing skills.

Great place to karaoke and play a swimming pool. quite basic choice regarding beer and likör. the bartenders are knowledgeable and funny to interact. I really enjoyed having Veronica as a bartender. If they are a craft beer enthusiasts, they have about 2 cocks when I remember correctly. (revolver blood honey and community mosaic). every time I end up in the laterne, I have a great time and meet nice people. That's what it is!

Nice place but I'm a fan of the Baltimore Ravens and this bar is supposed to have the game all the time, well they did had it but they didn't have the sound, so why do I have to drive all the way to that place if they don't have the sound of my game, sorry but nope, don't get me wrong, I like the place really nice people but I need to hear my game.
