Franklin's Pizza House Grill - Sherman

I work just across the street, and I can always count on Franklins for a fantastic pan pizza and an ice-cold cherry Coke whenever I'm in the mood! It's some of the best pizza I've ever tasted! I would and will always recommend them to any customer who comes through my doors and is looking for a place to eat!

I called to place my order, and the girl on the phone simply said, "Franklin's." I asked if I could order a large cheese and pepperoni pizza, and she replied, "Yep, 20 minutes," then hung up without asking for my name or any details. I sent my dad to pick it up, and when he got home, he mentioned that all he could smell was gas inside the restaurant. The girl didn’t acknowledge him at all when he arrived. He paid with a credit card, but both she and another blonde girl seemed completely clueless about how to process the payment. They told him he was all set, yet they still had his credit card in their possession. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing, and it was clear they lacked the necessary knowledge for their jobs.

I had a great time enjoying my pizza, and the staff were非常友好. I will definitely come back!

The best part was the dough, and the service. Good homemade pizza dough, and good, friendly, quick service! But the rest; the sauce, the cheese, the pepperoni, was just normal . Not bad, but not great. I greatly appreciated the kind service though! That 's something you don 't get very often anymore. Thanks, Franklin 's!
