Chuck E. Cheese - Sherman

Went to a birthday party here, waited an hour and half for cheese sticks, wings and fries. When asked about my order I was told it was on its way to the call window, on my way to pick up I noticed a worker in the back eating a chicken wing and carrying my order, when he sat it down he grabbed a pinch of fries tossed them in his mouth and turned back around to work. I 'm definitely not the type to cause a scene but I 'm not about to trust food from that kitchen so I ask for my money back, the manager couldn 't understand why I didn 't want the food and tried to ease my mind by saying at least he had gloves on .

The restaurant was fantastic, and the food was delicious! My little grandson absolutely loved it!

The staff is welcoming and friendly. The playroom floor was clean, and there were no issues with the games. The salad bar was excellent, and the food was fresh and served hot.

The pizza was fantastic and transported us back in time. We ordered, but now we wish we hadn't because watching others enjoy their meals looked like so much fun, especially considering how incredible the pizza was. I also highly recommend trying the pizza cookie!

This is a bit expensive, but the transition to the card system makes you feel more for your time. Pizza is better than you expect and my family likes it very much. Place is clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.
