Bidrage med feedbackWent Sunday after Church because we thought it would be quick. After one hour and fifteen minutes we finally got order. Were told that printer didn’t send orders to kitchen, but don’t you think that they would have known when the building was full and there was no orders that something was wrong! Just bad business by management! They acted like it was no big deal. Will be awhile before I will go back!
WOW this is a great place for a fast lunch went thru the drive thru and got the wrong order got to work called and they said keep that order and come back and we will give you your order. I get their get my order and they give me my money back for having to come back great customer service and great food love my Sherman Catfish King Glenda...
We don't go there anymore. There prices are high and we are still hungry after we leave. They do not give you enough fish. Can't believe they are still in business.
This review is not against the food but in the poor problem resolution skills of managent. To the credit of Catfish King, the food is good and they are usually quite effiecient at packing the sacks at the window. However, today I drove through and once I was home my order was minus coleslaw. The manager stated the obvious...that I could drive back for another. I would have done that had I not lived 12 miles away. Most bothersome to me was that her next option was to give me an extra coleslaw on my next visit. That offer makes sense if it were dessert or something that is not standard with a meal. It made no sense to offer an extra for something that comes with the meal. If I paid full price for my not complete order at least offer to comp the price of the coleslaw on my next visit. Mistakes happen and that is understandable but not having a more appealing resolution is not.
