Bidrage med feedbackI had tempura and California roll I know I'm not very fancy . Absolutely delicious! Very fresh, delivered with perfect temperature, reasonable price. Will definitely make this my go to!
I have come to Crave Sushi many times before...this time was the worst service, I have ever had. I had a couple of NBA guys meeting here to eat and I was bragging on how good the sushi was. First of I walked in by myself and no one greeted me or said anything. A couple came in right behind me and the hostess greeted them right away. Was it cause I was a Black man ??? Then I sat down and no came over to what I wanted to drink or anything, then I sat at the sushi bar, same no service!! So I walked out and told my guys to meet at Dojo sushi. As of right now they have lost my business and more!!!
Decided to try this place out since it was the only sushi place open late. I wish I stayed home All the tables next to us got their orders while we waited 30 minutes for the rest of our rolls. I followed up with a worker and she clearly never asked the kitchen. I asked another worker and they advised me that we got everything we ordered. Well we hadn't and basically sat there for 40 minutes for no reason. Anyways, idk who's fault it was but it's not a type of mistake you make. They were nice enough to make the rolls to go, but I just don't think I'll be back. Please be courteous of our time and do better next time
Kind of the worst place I've ever been. eating everything and everyone. I was waiting for my drink. I get my food and sit there 13 minutes after I asked for only basic ingwer, wasabi, a tablet for soy sauce, so I could actually eat. it is a Thursday night at 10 o'clock. they brought all the essential things to me, but I was a solo, so was not high maintenance. I just wanted a beer and some sushi and instead got a mediocre draft and eat that I couldn't eat. I have never written a Yelp review from my car to leave a place, but this time I have it. I refused to pay for food, but of course I paid a beer. I didn't drink much, but I drank it. I can't say if this sushi is good, but it's not worth it. Stay away.
No greeting one of them has eaten something behind the sushi kitchen counter. they delete a star review or give them fun on their review. no one sees funny about my rating as what they do and they act more funny; it is not acceptable that they can feel fun, even there are some customers complaining about food poisoning. they ruined their health and then think funny. if they have a time to get angry, they need to use the time for defining the problems. they check what people say each time lol, although never accept customers complain and only act aggressively. they know what people complain is right. therefore they always control and aggressive. I could say they get a lot of complaining. they just need to fix the problems. being humble is the key for Japanese culture. Missed on her menu. shu means alcohol su means vinegar in japanese a server did not know which bottle was a umeshu bottle, as she called it umesu, served us umeshu just like red wine. it is translated planted wine so I can imagine why they have served us on this wise in wine glasses. they don't know how it tastes. it's too sweet to drink. they must mix with water or foam water or at least on the rocks. it is really rare to drink directly. the worst is that they serve the worst sashimi. not fresh. I could say they were frozen fish. like a refrigerator. they also serve miserable cheep, who looked out agedashi doufu. I felt that was one. they need a Japanese worker to fix the problems and educate workers. I am sad when customers misunderstand that is a typical Japanese restaurant. No, sushi kitchens need to train them so hard to just stand a few years in the kitchen and they can not serve something fresh or something disgusting for customers. Otherwise a chef gets angry and don't let you serve. they also train customer services, which is the most important for Japanese restaurants. zuckerfisch is the best at place and place. kura sushi is better than this place for sashimi was rok n sushi sylmar also good, although there are no Japanese workers. they're real. As long as they do sushi business, they should serve at least fresh fish! not fresh fish can be causing food poisoning etc! and I found that some people actually got food poisoning on the reviews, as I thought. it looks like they didn't know anything about Japanese eating and drinking.
