Bollywood Indian - Sherman Oaks

Very disappointed in the cuisine here. Watery mint sauce, ketchup-flavored tamarind sauce, stale pappadum to start. Chicken tikka is good but eggplant bartha is greasy. Naan fine but hard to ruin. Vegetable samosas have too heavy dough. Raita very sugary. Lovely comfortable decor, fine service. They need a new chef!

Love eating. the service is always excellent. happy that we have discovered this restaurant in the last month.

We went to the Mother's Day and the place was surprisingly empty (although the people came and pick up, take appendage). the food was very freshly tasting and the service was good (not a problem since nobody else was there). it is a very elegant looking place. would go back.

Beautiful and beautiful restaurant. eating was very good, although the appetizer was cooked over. I can't remember, but I think the waiter said he'd take it out of that. a pleasant dining experience.

Unfortunately they leave animals (non-service) in the dining room.
