Let's get straight to the point, it's McDonald's – not a place you'd expect to earn a Michelin star. However, when it comes to satisfying a fast-food craving, the Sheridan location has proven itself to be consistently dependable in my numerous visits. One thing that stands out is the accuracy of my orders. Despite the lunch rush, my orders have consistently been spot-on, which is a testament to the staff's attention to detail. It's a small but significant factor that can make or break a fast-food experience. Speaking of the staff, I've found them to be unfailingly attentive and friendly. Whether it's a simple greeting at the counter or a courteous exchange at the drive-thru, their customer service consistently leaves a positive impression. Another aspect worth noting is the cleanliness of the facility. In a world where fast-food establishments can sometimes fall short in this department, the Sheridan location maintains a level of cleanliness that is commendable. It contributes to a more enjoyable dining experience. While McDonald's may not be the place for a gourmet meal, the Sheridan location knows how to deliver what it promises – fast, reliable, and satisfying fast food. Most of the workers are friendly and treat customers with respect and kindness but there are a few workers that need to be more kind and respectful of others. The food and service could use some improvement. I've had to change my review of this eating place and will definitely change my review as needed.
