After ordering and watching the two employees prepare the meals for customers ahead of me, I didn't want to eat there anymore. The employees were handling the cash register, raw meat, food containers touched by customers, their glasses, and other foods in the kitchen, all without washing their hands in between (unless wiping hands on their t-shirt counts as hand washing... But at least when I asked them to cancel my order and requested a refund, they refunded me without making me feel bad. They were VERY respectful. But then they refunded me too much, so when I realized, I told them, and I refunded the excess refund. My suggestion would be a proper food handling course for all employees, and basic hygiene training.

Old Fashion, Looks Good and tastes amazing once you're really hungry.

Having a hot dog brings back childhood memories and having tried hundreds of different varieties and their locations has given me the reason to leave this review. The hospitality by this incredible Mandarin family would be the main reason to frequent this location/franchise. I found that the hotdog itself was a little too rubbery other than that smiles all around.#Lester’s

Fantastic eating. one of the best poutins I've ever eaten. the personal here is very nice, but in the evening this restaurant is usually guided only by a guy, so sometimes it can wait a little before they get her to eat. it is worth waiting for me. the hamburgers are a large small, but they taste very good, and the poutine is a large size

Okay, I've only had their poutine and fries and onion rings but here's my opinion. The beef tastes uncooked or more **** like in the poutine, and sausages taste disgusting in my opinion. I don't like sausages in general unless it's the all beef ones from Costco lol. But hey, I know a lot of people who'd say the opposite. It's edible, but not my go too ahah. But hey, the fries and onion rings are so flipping mouth watering. They are so flipping good!!!!!! I'd say the employees are generally nice but occasionally a little impatient and rude, but you know what, that's fine. I understand them fully. Other than that, their cheese curds aren't the best but they're fine. Not always squeaky but what I like is that the cheese isn't cold. That's a big plus lol. Anyway, depending on your taste buds, this place is nice.
