Restaurant Eggsquis - Sherbrooke

A must stop for breakfast. The fruit crepes are amazing, the sausage is probably the best breakfast sausage I have ever had. The fruit is always fresh and very flavorful.

We waited nearly an hour to get in, but it was worth it. We had eggs medium over with bacon, home fries, toast and coffee. The coffee was left on the table....what a great idea! The food was yummy, the service was very pleasant, we all had a good time and I look forward to eating here again....so much better than Cora's.

I have been to many Eggsquis restos over the years. I decided to try the waffles this time. I opted for the raspberry waffles....so many raspberries!! So delicious! The place was full on a Sunday but the service was fast and efficient. Our waitress was friendly. Eggsquis is always a good bet for breakfast/brunch. Something for everyone. I know I will be back!

We choose to eat breakfast down the street were very disappointed with this restaurant because the food was cold the cappuccino was cold in the smallest cup for the highest price. Other people who had filtered coffee had multiple cup fill ups, not so for cappuccino drinkers. Cold fruit (no choice of fruit) was put on the same plate as the hot eggs, bacon potato. A smart move would have been to serve the cold food on a separate plate allowing the hot food to be served on a heated plate. We would not eat here again.

Good breakfast and big plates! Was my best spot before i became vegan. But now, there is no option for me
