Excellent culinary experience and very beautiful ambiente.

Omg this restaurant is really a labor. everything from the facility, the service (10/10,) to eating and drinking is an experiment on your own faust. the staff is very polite and engaged. the portion and presentation are illuminated every bite is full of taste, texture and color. the price is a bit high, but I highly recommend to make the experience at least once.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this restaurant! the entire experience was amazing and the service and eating were top-notch! I can't wait to return the sherbrooke so I can dine back here. treat yourself, it is so worth it!

We stumbled over this restaurant as tourist without knowing what to expect. the quality of the food and service were exceptional, a stop to change dinner into an unforgettable experience. reservations recommended!

Magnificent cuisine and service. Really impressed by balanced taste, considering the complexity of dishes and sauces. These guys managed to cross the line between food and art. Very few places achieve that. Also for vegans to note: this is the finest vegan cuisine you can find south to Montreal and perhaps in entire QC.
