Dunkin' - Sherborn

Worst dunkin’ donuts i’ve ever gone to. i repeated my order 5 times she still got it completely wrong. i ordered two things and got the complete opposite of what i ordered. honestly this place should be shut down i don’t even have time to get another breakfast because of them.

I don't know what's happened last 6 months here...but almost every time they make mistakes in my order, forget something leaving me waiting until they come back to see why I'm still there...and the lattes I get haven't been drinkable the last 6 times I've been. Oh, and the wait has tripled. It sucks because this location is convenient to me. Please do better dunkin!!

This is literally the worst Dunkin. I’ve never waited so long in my life repeatedly. I’m done with this place.

Slowest service of any Dunkin' I've ever been to. 13 minutes in the drive thru (one car in front of me) for an iced tea. The employee at the window seemed completely oblivious and took close to an additional 2 minutes to run my card. Unreal.

Wow, as a native New Englander I visit my fair share of Dunkin Donuts.I ordered a coffee and a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. Coffee was okay, however I think I waited a solid 10 minutes for the sandwich. It's almost as if they had to make the sausage from scratch and wait for the dough in the English Muffin to rise.Will try to avoid ordering food here so I don't create another 12 car traffic jam.
