Romney Bay House - Shepway

I recently dined at Romney Bay House restaurant and had an exceptional experience. The meal started with a delicious selection of canapes, including red pfeffer beads to enjoy with our pre-dinner drinks. The fish course, featuring sea bass, was moist and tasty, followed by perfectly cooked duck. For dessert, we enjoyed a light and fresh baked fruit tart with cinnamon ice cream. The meal concluded with a selection of cheeses that complemented the overall dining experience. Coffee (or tea) and petit fours were served in the lounge area to finish off the meal perfectly. The service was attentive, and all dietary restrictions were carefully noted and accommodated. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for its quality and presentation of food, which surpassed other Michelin-starred and Rosette restaurants we have visited.

We have visited this stunning art deco hotel several times, both to stay and to eat only. it seems better and better. the ambiente and the really wonderful eating are excellent. lisa, clinton and perry all strive to make every visit special, by kindness,...Professionalism and coupled with clinton's culinary excellence they will certainly achieve it. it is one of our favorite places to eat in Britain.

We have visited this restaurant frequently, but most recently for New Year's Eve. The welcome, atmosphere, food, and service are all excellent. Lisa is a fantastic host and Clinton is a talented chef. Thank you again.

Charming Host (Chef) and Hostess who cooked us two marvellous dinners and wonderful breakfasts. The staff were also excellent especially the Head Waiter Perry who drove in daily and always with a smile. Very friendly and helpful and most efficient.
