Not a good experience at all. Waited 30 minutes for our drinks after having to go to the counter to ask to order them. The customer service was lacking with the waitress having no sense of urgency, organisation or apology. The waitress looked like she didn’t want to be there. The food was over cooked and really greasy. Every other customer seemed to have the same problem as you could sense the tension.

We went to the Wednesday beer and burger deal night and are glad we did! Two awesome burgers and chips...one carnivore and one veggie. Great food, great beers, friendly service. Excellent value for money!!!

Came here to expect a good burger from the reviews however the burger was very average. I wouldn’t recommend.

If your after a burger, then get yourself to Big Boys. Always great portions- I was very satisfied Service was good price was reasonable. What more can you ask for? Will be returning soon

We went into Big boys late on a Saturday night to get some food. Was presently surprised with how good the food was. Burger was delicious the chips were something else (a good thing ! Staff were friendly, had a present experience will be returning :
