Subway - Shepparton

Food was decent but the manager was aggressively yelling at her trainees in front of customers for extremely small details. Not a good look.

Been here twice now. The first time I asked for 6 inch Italian roll and the girl went to get it and another employee shouted at her saying, “that’s the fresh stuff, give him those ones”. Next time I went the staff were quite unprofessional, running around the store and playing with their phones. I kinda feel like these employees just don’t care that much.

Second time I’ve been, I didn’t have a problem the first time but this time I did. When I got back to the car to eat my sandwich I noticed that the bacon hadn’t even been cooked and the bread was quite stale! On top of that, the employees were very rude and seemed like they couldn’t care less about what they were doing.

I had a wonderful experience with the two older women working there on July 26th. One of them was named Kelly, and both of them provided excellent customer service. They were incredibly friendly and attentive.

The staff here are fantastic; they always make me laugh when I visit. The food is great too!
