Panera Bread - Shelton

I wish there were an option for one star! I placed an online order for pickup through the drive-thru, and it was supposed to be ready at 7:49 PM. However, I didn’t leave the store until well after 8 PM. The two girls working on October 7th clearly didn’t know how to do their jobs. They were too busy caught up in their own conversations to remember that I mentioned I was there for a mobile order. I understand that finding help can be difficult, but if you can't provide good service, you shouldn't be working in this industry. This location is really disappointing.

I was quite disappointed with the amount of tuna in my sandwich. It was so sparse that I wondered if they had forgotten to add it. Over the past few visits, I've noticed the portion has been decreasing each time. However, I did appreciate the salad and the excellent customer service.

Terrible service!! Indian girl at window who was talking so soft I couldn't hear her. I kept asking her to please talk louder but she didn't or there was something wrong with the intercom. Then she asked me to pull up and it took another 25 minutes tofill my order. I will never come to this place again!

Terrible experience! I ordered a chicken sandwich that was unappetizing, the coffee tasted awful, the soda was flat, and the mac and cheese had a sour taste. Even the pickle looked squished. On the bright side, my dog seemed to enjoy it!

The new Shelton location is big, clean and has a wonderful outside patio to gather with a small family or a few friends. As in everything prices are up but menu is still good and quality matches the menu. Friendly staff!! Ideal spot for a sunny weekendearly ???? morning.
