Mcdonald's - Shelton

The staff at this restaurant needs to improve their efficiency when it comes to food delivery service. Once customers receive their orders, they are left to find their own seating and dine. Additionally, the restaurant should consider increasing their parking capacity. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment.

The restaurant only operates with a drive-thru system. I waited for 5 minutes at the indoor counter before being assisted, even though there were only two other customers in line before me. I was very frustrated because of the long wait. When I finally received my order, it was cold. I asked for a refund and also encouraged the person behind me to do the same. The customer service was absolutely terrible.

I would not give this restaurant a single star if I could. I have been here a few times as a busy mother of three, and most of the time it has been disappointing. Out of 10 visits, 9 have been bad. It seems like every time I go, something goes wrong.

Friendly staff. disgusting cold breakfast. no butter for my keks and no ketchup for my eggs. I didn't know I had to ask for these things before they sent me. that's for the cursor.

As far as a McDonald's goes...if it's what ya want; this one has it?Absolutely great service, especially since they are slammed at food rush hour times.Drive-thru is always packed,so I went inside? Don't bother.Takes 3x longer, always.I would've given 4 , but?...
