Pizza Hut - Shell Knob

Not the pizza I had when I was in my teens .. I'm 48 now and doesn't taste anything like it used too

We have been repeat customers since 2021. Tonight was the worst experience.Carry- out orders are priority over dine-in. Remember that, so you aren't surprised when you wait for drinks, ordering and customary service like forks, parmesan/red pepper flakes, drink refill offers, a box for leftovers. We dont mind asking for stuff but we dont go hunting down the waitress to do so. SO many services were over looked, especially getting the order correct. Pan pizza was ordered, hand tossed was made, which we brought up at the register because of the charge. The server said she didn't know, she threw away the ticket and that was that. The 3 other tables were having similar debacles with all of the above problems. 9 carry-out customers were helped before we got served. Yes, we still tipped but will probably not return.

Yesterday, 4 of us decided to have lunch here. We were scouting camping sites and wanted to see if the Shell Knob Pizza Hut was as good as we remembered from a few years back.It did NOT disappoint! The restaurant looked clean, service was great and the food was excellent! We will definitely be stopping in again when we are in the area.

Seems that can only gets the specials online but then they don't have the crucial items...ie:pizza

I do not recommend this place. I suspect it's okay for carryout if you're stuck in Shell Knob but I wouldn't dine-in. I have been to this Pizza Hut several times since I visit Shell Knob annually. It has always been a little shabby and not terribly clean. The last time I ate dinner here with my two daughters (10 12 years old). There was a local at another table causing problems and yelling profanity at others. The entire restaurant was very tense. It was like some kind of weird movie scene. The wait staff weren't prepared to do anything about it. Our waiter did apologize to us in hushed tones. In defense of the wait staff, he was a big guy and it's small town so they probably didn't want to start a feud. I couldn't pay my bill fast enough. We got the heck out of there and I'm never going back!
