Taco Bell - Shelbyville

The service was quick and accommodating. The drive-thru worker mumbled my order a bit, requiring me to ask him to repeat it three times. However, the food was delicious.

The dining experience was great, with the food being fresh and hot. The nacho chips were very crispy and fresh, but the only downside was that they were overly salted. The wait time was a bit long, as I had ordered through the drive-thru.

Last time I ordered from this special Taco bell that they have completely messed up my order and I don't think they forget a simple thing too. manager says they can't refund money from mobile articles, so they avoid it like the plague. I owe the manager not to make sure that their employees can read English and follow simple instructions.

They were lazy when they wanted to watch the menu. all 10 seconds they would ask, they are ready to order. that's in the tram.

The night shift is very lazy and does not listen. I ordered a double fleshy borito and two cheesey roll-ups. only one unwinder had been in it. and the bark had only flesh, a tiny piece of rice and barely looked or cheese and not a crispy that should be in it. I also told them hot soak twice and they haven't put in the bag yet. very disappointed by the night team.
