Dunkin' - Shelbyville

I haven’t tried the food, but the doughnuts are incredible! The main reason I go to Dunkin' is for their original iced coffee—no extra flavors needed. I have to be honest: the day I discovered My Dunkin was the day I said goodbye to Starbucks. Bye-bye Starbucks, hello My Dunkin!

Terrible service. They served me a burnt breakfast wrap with all the filling at the bottom of the bag. When I asked for a replacement, the staff had an attitude. They should have never served it in that condition!

Everything about this place is fantastic! The breakfast sandwiches are always served hot and fresh, and the coffee is incredibly delicious! You definitely can’t go wrong with a sourdough breakfast sandwich in the morning!

I was the only person in the lobby, and I waited at the front counter for 10 minutes as 3 different employees walked back and forth behind the counter. All of them seen me standing there and not one said anything!! Not even a , I 'll be right with you !I was completely ignored and it wasn 't a good feeling. I drove down the road to Starbucks who was fantastic to me. I won 't becoming here anymore.

Horrible service . Waited for 20 minutes to get our small order . Donuts were hard and stale , lady forgot part of our order and there were flies buzzing around in their coffee pot . We wasted 20 minutes out of our trip . Shameful . Place is not cleaneither .
