Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Shelbyville

It was 105deg and I stopped for ice cream. Everyone had the same idea cause it was quite busy, staff was friendly and handled the line of customers very well. I got my order quickly and correct. Will stop again when stuck at Tyson waiting for a load.

I called the store to inform them that I would be returning to get the shake I originally ordered. The young lady I spoke with rudely insisted that she had made the vanilla shake herself and claimed it was thick. I politely reiterated that I wanted the banana shake I had ordered. She begrudgingly said she would make one but seemed baffled as to how it had become so liquidy. The three of them began to laugh as she picked out the blackest banana and prepared my shake. When I received it, the shake was served in a clear cup, showcasing all the thick, black chunks of banana that made it lumpy and nearly impossible to drink. It was clear that these girls had not been trained in customer service and perhaps shouldn't be working in a service role at all. Overall, my experience was a disappointing minus 5. N. Bullock

The staff were incredibly rude. They nearly dropped my food out the window because the bag they used was soaking wet. When my food fell through the bottom and landed in my lap right after they handed it to me, they just stood around laughing. I will not be returning.

The Reese’s Take Five Blizzard is absolutely delicious! However, I was a bit let down by the Drumstick with peanut flavor. It could have used more chocolate and fresher peanuts for a better experience.

This is a great DQ! Staff is friendly and helpful. Lucas was so nice helping me to the car with everyone's lunch. The drive-thru is a speedy experience, as well. Great job ladies gents!
