So good! Really nice people. Glad we let them smoke our Thanksgiving meat, we got Turkey and Brisket. Highly recommend, moist and delicious.

Review from Middle Tn Strawberry Festival: by far the best food truck there. The smokey/spicy barbecue sauce with a hint of real strawberries was a show stopper. But honestly, it was not even needed. The sliced brisket was tender and moist with a large smoke ring. Sauce would have hidden the incredible flavor this meat had hidden in it that the Barking Pig was able to pull out of it. Glad I picked up extra for tomorrow! Highly recommend them and I am an extremely picky Texan when it comes to bbq.

Me and my husband saw the food truck during lunch and decided to try it out. AMAZING. The ribs were wonderful, brisket fantastic and the proportions to price were great! 10/10!!
